Overview
You can export the terrain (surface) model from PVX.AI to PVsyst in CSV format. This allows the precise terrain model created in PVX.AI to be used directly in PVsyst simulations.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the Export section
Navigate to the Export section on the PVX.AI ribbon.
2. Use the terrain export tool
Click the terrain export button to save the model in CSV format. Both graded and original terrain options are available.
3. Save the file
Specify a file name and save. Your 3D surface model will be exported in CSV format.
Tips & Recommendations
- Export both original and graded terrain models separately for comparison in PVsyst.
- Ensure the terrain data coordinate system is compatible with PVsyst.
- Complete this step before exporting the design to PVsyst.
