Overview
PVX.AI can export all pile coordinates, slope data, and structural information for every rack in your design in Excel format. This data is critical for pile analysis and field construction.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Review pile data on screen
Each rack shows north-south and east-west slope degrees in the top-left corner, with arrows indicating slope directions. Rack label numbers are also displayed.
2. Open the export tool
In the Export section, click Pile Coordinates and save the file.
3. Review the Excel data
The file contains: rack label (column A), X coordinate (B), Y coordinate (C), Z coordinate (D), front/back position (E), pile number (F), pile length including ground clearance (G), parcel number (Boundary), horizontal slope, and vertical slope for each pile.
4. Find racks in AutoCAD
To locate a specific rack number from Excel in AutoCAD, use the FIND command.
Tips & Recommendations
- Share pile coordinate data with the field team to streamline pile driving operations.
- Check horizontal and vertical slope values to verify structural suitability.
- This report can be used with GPS for on-site pile location verification.
