The drainage system analysis in PVX.AI evaluates water flow directions and flood-risk areas before you start designing. This analysis provides critical information for panel placement and infrastructure planning.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open the drainage tool
Navigate to the Leveling menu and click Draining System.
2. Select the parcel boundary
Select the parcel boundary for analysis. A single click starts the process.
3. Review the drainage map
PVX.AI will automatically draw drainage channels within the parcel boundary. Dark areas represent natural streambeds, dry channels, and narrow drainage paths. Turquoise areas indicate water flow directions.
4. Check water flow directions
Arrow markers in each area show the direction of water flow. Factor this information into your panel layout plan to minimize water pooling and erosion risks.
